Below is a list of what we sell. We will always try to tailor to your needs if you want something cut differently or if you're looking for a different flavour.
All our RAW products are gluten free and where possible we use plastic free packaging, which is all compostable.
Ordering is by phone, text or email. Payment, which is either cash or card, can be made on delivery/collection. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions, I will always answer as soon as I can.

Collection from Lilley, LU2 is also an option, but as we don't have a shop, it has to be arranged.
Please note that our meat is not shot to order so some items may not be available even during their open season.

These are your classic mouth melting steaks. Venison is quite filling so generally a 150-170g steak is adequate for most.
So soft you can cut it with a spoon.
Quite a small cut usually reserved by stalkers for themselves. Great for canapes or a small main course.
As with loin, stick to around 150-170g per person for steaks. Joints are boned and rolled, but can be left bone-in or untied.
Haunch joints can be slow roasted or served pink, please ask which cut is suitable for your needs.
A fantastic pot or pan roasting joint. Cook it low and slow for full flavour and supreme tenderness.
A fantastic slow braising cut with the added bonus of flavour from the bone.
Sizes vary so let me know how many people you're feeding.
During the season we regularly have liver, heart and kidneys. These will normally come in frozen packs, but fresh is available on request.
In my opinion, these are the best eating game birds. Try them pan fried medium rare on a salad or in wraps. Beautiful! Buy them individually or in packs of six.

Wild rabbit is very low in fat, extremely tasty and great value.
They are sold either as a whole or joints.
For those who like their burgers rare, medium rare or pink, these a perfect for the healthy beef alternative. 135g each
Smash burgers not only give you the chance to choose the thickness, they make for nice crispy edges!
A more traditional style meatball for a tomato sauce, or roast and snack!
Normally 3-4 per adult.
This roasting meatball needs 20/25 mins in the oven and will give you a great snack, lunch or dinner. Perfect with tzatziki.
Minced venison with traditional Kofte seasoning. Great for the BBQ but can also be cooked in the frying pan during the colder months.
A lovely sausage flavoured with oregano, thyme and rosemary.
Flavoured with paprika, nutmeg and ground corinader seeds, this is cracking well seasoned sausage.

A traditional pairing that gives a nice rich sausage.
Beautifully lean mince that can be used in any of your traditional beef recipes but offers the additional favour.
Lovely large diced chunks from the neck, shoulder and haunch.
For those wanting to make a traditional game pie, this is made with a mixture of venison, pheasant, partridge, duck, pigeon, rabbit or hare.
You will be notified at purchase exactly what mix you're getting.
A whole butchered muntjac, cut and processed to your specific requirements or to how I would do it for myself.
Packs will normally include loin and haunch steaks, a haunch joint, minced and diced.
Also available as a skinned whole carcass for you experiment with!

A chunky sausage roll that's made with traditional seasonings and has 25% pork added as well. Cooked fresh on the day of delivery.

Based on an Italian dish, this is simply a pigeon breast wrapped in fresh sage and prosciutto.
They have to be pan fried for 2-3 minutes on each side, sliced and enjoyed, very simple but perfect on a salad, as a starter or snack!

Fresh cloudy apple juice made from the apples that grow on the trees in my garden in Lilley. Proper juice!
